Down below are a list of policies and procedures that must be followed for the appointment and scheduling process to run as smoothly as possible.

Address

Location will be given once appointment is booked and exact directions will be given an hour before your appointment. Located close to The Market (Plaza West)

Guests

No extra guest is allowed other than the paying client unless approved by me.

Food/Drink

No food or drinks allowed during the appointment.

Payments
A $20 non- refundable deposit is required to secure all booking appointments. Your remaining balance can be paid with cash, zelle, ath movil or paypal. Paypal takes out a $5 fee so if paying with paypal it will be an additional $5 to your price. If deposit is not sent within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled.

Late Arrivals
Every client is allowed a 5 minutes grace period. You will then be charged an additional late fee at the time of your service. 10 mins - $10 usd, 15 mins- $15 usd, 20 mins- $20 usd. After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

Rescheduling
You are only allowed to reschedule one time with your SAME deposit no later than 12 hours prior to your appointment, However, emergencies happen therefore your deposit can be applied to a reschedule date up to 31 days from your original booking date. 

Covid Procedures
If you are coughing, sneezing, sniffling, or showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or any related illness, please DO NOT come in. If you have a scheduled appointment and are experiencing any above symptoms, please text me to reschedule your appointment.

 

No Call No Show
No Call No Show will IMMEDIATELY be cancelled after 25 minutes and another deposit will be required for you to book and secure another appointment.

VIP
Regular Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am-7:30pm
Saturday to Sunday 10am-8pm

VIP Exclusives hours are available upon request which will be an additional $20 fee. 5am-8:30am or 8pm-2am(Mon-Fri. ONLY and 5am-9am 0r 9pm -12am (Sat/Sun ONLY)
